I engage audiences across industries—from corporate leaders and professional associations to nonprofits—guiding them toward transformative growth. Drawing from a dynamic career working with global brands, I share insights on workplace leadership, visibility, and the Asian American experience.

As the founder of the nonprofit Asians in Advertising and author of The Visibility Mindset, I’m deeply committed to empowering the AAPI community. Beyond the stage, I lead scholarship and mentorship programs designed to uplift the next generation .
